Reliable CNBC sources within The Congressional Black Caucus are reporting that a rather unusual guest visited Representative Maxine " Troubled " Waters today. It seems that a dark haired handsome gentleman who signed in using the alias " The King " came offering consolation to the " Troubled One " herself. Our sources report hearing the beautiful voice of this gentleman serenading the ethically challenged Ms. Waters with " Bridge Over Troubled Waters " echoing through The Halls of Congress. The Banking Queen was reportedly so touched that he asked the mysterious gentleman for a date.
